Actress (I think) Vivica Fox is asking the Psychic Friends Network to “cease and desist immediately” the use of video and images of her “unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service.” She goes on to say “Vivica A. Fox is no friend of The Psychic Friends Network.”
What I don’t understand is, hello, you filmed the damn informerical…how are you saying that they are “using” your “image”? makes no sense, are you embarrassed? Make your money damn, f*ck what others think! I do think it’s hilarious though..lmao..check out the video …
