Rihanna is one bad b*tch! Who else is gonna walk around in New York City rain shopping, with some short jean shorts, thigh high boots and a leather jacket with cut off sleeves? DAMN! Talk about looking over the top hot. She set it all off with some bright ass lipstick too…RiRi sure knows what she’s doing, and she did’nt even need her umbrella, ay ay (IÂ had to do it lol)
