Ciara made her first public appearance since chopping her hair off into the new short style. People are saying its a wig, I don’t know and quite frankly, I dont give a damn either. She looks ummm interesting as she hit up the red carpet of the Los Angeles premiere of “Orphan” with her interesting choice of a BFF, Kim Kardashian. What do you guys think?
