UPDATE: Kandi posted this on her Twitter account early this morning:
“I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their prayers. I gotta get up and go to my uncle’s funeral. I could never in a million years imagine this happening. Please pray for AJ’s children. That’s who I’m the most concerned for. I’m just in one of those moods where I don’t wannna talk. I don’t wanna be held and told it’s gonna be okay. I just wanna cry myself 2 sleep, alone.”
TMZ is reporting that the ex-fiancee of Real Houswives of Atlanta star, Kandi Burruss died tonight, after a brawl erupted at a club in Atlanta. A.J. Jewell suffered severe head injuries during the fight and was rushed to an Atlanta hospital, where he later died. No suspects are in custody as of yet. Jewell leaves behind six children. Our condolences and prayers are with Kandi, his children and family. May he R.I.P. The violence must be stopped.
