Adam Lambert spoke out again about his whole AMA performance receiving bad press. He says he’s not a babysitter. He doesn’t feel he should apologize and how he feels there is indeed a double standard. I think this whole thing is being blown way out of proportion. It was 11pm your child should be in bed for school, not watching the AMA’s. Get over it people. It is NOT that serious.

He is so well spoken. And, that woman proved his point right there on air.
I do agree its being blown out of proportion. However, he chose his battle…he has to deal with the backlash. He knew what was going to come out of it, and he wanted to use this as a platform, obviously. My view is, yes you’re an artist and can express yourself in any way you feel…but if you’re going on a network television channel and KNOW that they will disapprove of it, either don’t perform or tweak it a bit…save it for your tour or cable tv. Yes most kids are going to asleep but when I was little my parents let me stay up late on “award show nights” because I was soooo into music & dancing.
