We got a chance to check out the MBK Entertainment Showcase in NYC the other night (thanks to my homie Ced over at letoyaonline.com) and what a showcase it was! There was an array of great new talent, from a soul-stirring gospel group (Liv’ Re) to a 12-yr-old singing sensation. Everyone held there own including the host of the evening, the beautiful LeToya Luckett. She performed a 3-song set that included her hits “Torn” and “Regret”. Newcomer Elle Varner showcased an undeniable talent, that is much needed at this time in the industry. She is a breath of fresh air and I simply cannot wait for her debut. Kudos to MBK for putting together an amazing showcase. You guys definitely kept us entertained.

I watche the entire show it was rockin. My girl Letoya is so talented and so is Elle Varner.
Their was alot of talent on that stage. But the beautiful Ms. Luckett was indeed my favorite. I wanted her to sing a few more songs from her incredible album “LADY LOVE”.
I enjoyed the whole showcase big ups to MBK.
Whoa, Elle is looking mad skinny! I almost didn’t recognize her. Still a terrific talent.
