Trey Songz has been bit by the acting bug! The Hollywood Reporter confirms that the grammy-nominated singer has signed on to play one of the leads in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D movie. Songz will play the male lead and the boyfriend of the previously-cast Alexandra Daddario. This will be his big-screen acting debut. Looks like Trey has some big shoes to fill, huh?
The horror movie shoots later this month in Shreveport, Louisiana and will be released on October 5th, 2012.
