Ex- America’s Best Dance crew judge, Shane Sparks has pleaded no contest to “having unlawful sex with a minor under 16.” He will be serving 270 days in jail and receive 5 years of probation.
Sparks also must attend 52 sessions of sex-offender counseling and not go near any female minors without an adult present.
In December 2009, Sparks was arrested and slapped with 8 sex charges, including “lewd acts on a child.” Police identified the victim as a girl who was under 14 years old when the incidents began.
