Last night Monica took to Twitter to share the news that she is in the studio with Rico Love and Brandy! It’s been 14 years since Brandy and Monica made magical music with “The Boy Is Mine” and with both artists set to release albums this year, this couldn’t have been at a better time!
Monica Tweeted:

Monica’s new album has not started off smoothly. We reported a while back that Monica will release her new album “New Life” on February 21st. However it seems like it has a new release date: March 6th 2012. Regardless of Monica’s album getting a new release date, I am looking forward to this duet with her and Brandy! It’s been too long and hopefully they don’t disappoint!
